Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with our strategic business objectives and evolving market needs.
- Make impactful decisions regarding technology stacks and architectural designs with a focus on scalability and cutting-edge solutions.
- Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems through well-planned strategies and iterative enhancements.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise a high-performing engineering team, focusing on growth and excellence.
- Establish and enhance best practices in software development, emphasizing Agile methodologies and XP principles.
- Promote a culture of ongoing learning, technical innovation, and excellence within the team.
- Product Development and Delivery
- Work closely with product and business teams to influence product direction and oversee the execution of technical products.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions that fulfill customer expectations.
- Manage robust testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to maintain high standards.
- Performance Management and Metrics
- Establish and monitor key engineering metrics to facilitate continuous improvement.

- 12 years of experience in developing technical software products, including a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role overseeing an engineering team of at least 30 members.
- Demonstrated expertise in software architecture, system design, and scaling engineering operations within a startup environment.
- A strong history of successfully modernizing legacy systems and deploying innovative solutions.
- The ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
