Tax Director

We are looking for an experienced Tax Director for our global technology research and advisory client on a project basis. This role is primarily remote. However, the ability to travel to Houston, TX or Stanford, CT may be required during the project.

• Support the organization with year-end tax activities including tax provision and returns
• Utilize tools, including CorpTax, to perform allocations
• Provide support in reconciling accounting records in NetSuite
• Support year-end SOX control testing and footnote disclosures
• Perform transfer pricing review and propose adjustments
• Assist with sales and use and property tax reviews

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 15 years of professional tax service experience
• Prior experience serving a publicly-traded global tax team
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
