Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Front End Developer for a contract position in Seattle, WA. The opportunity will be six months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Front-End Developer to join our dynamic, small team within a larger organization. As a key contributor, you'll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
- Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
- Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
- Contribute to design and architecture decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.
- Pair programming: We pair on an on-demand basis. There is no set time.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional front-end development experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with React-Redux for state management.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
