Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Scientist for a contract position in Mason, MN. The opportunity will be five months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Guides and influences technical project direction and solves significant technical problems by leveraging scientific/engineering skills and strong foundational R&D understanding developed through hands-on experimentation/application.
- Performs Application work and demonstrates implementation skills leveraging knowledge that moves projects forward and also begins to gain exposure to and demonstrate initial proficiency in performing integration work
Qualifications:
- Must have experience with Manufacturing process
- Packaging Science / Enginering Experience,
- Chemical Engineering or Process & Formulation Experience
Preferred:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and develop strategies for improvement. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a BS (MS, PhD) degree and several years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, pharmacology, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing or calculations. Experience is defined as Hand-on-techniques gained in academic or industrial settings.
