Senior Process Analyst

• Location: 320 S Canal St, 14th Floor, Chicago, IL - Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
• Duration: 6 months
• Possibility of Extension: Yes
• Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
  
  

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Analyze current process models and compare them to future designs to identify necessary changes.
• Design and manage changes to business processes.
• Document and analyze business rules for process implementation.
• Test and execute processes to ensure desired outcomes.
• Examine processes holistically to understand their impact on people, strategy, and operations.
• Collect feedback on process performance for future improvements.
• Monitor and measure process effectiveness.
• Perform analysis to detect inefficiencies within workflows.
• Utilize spreadsheet and flow-charting tools, and business process analysis tools.
  
  

Must Haves:

• 1-2 years of process consulting experience (business end).
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading workshops.
• Ability to write procedures and understand process mapping.
• Analyze information from customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis methods.
  
  

Nice To Have Skills:

• Experience with VISIO or other mapping tools.
• Experience with MS Office Applications.
• Experience with Power BI or other data analytics tools.
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with stakeholders and team members.

Interview Process:

• 1 round with Hiring Manager via MS Teams.
• Potential 2nd round with the team.
