Job Description: Purpose Statement
Administers, extends, negotiates, and terminates standard and non-standard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Will work closely with inside sales representatives on service contracts that contain unique terms and conditions. This role will be a critical go-between for discussions between customers and company Legal teams, allowing Sales Representatives to focus on non-legal discussions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manages contract language, including updates to master terms & conditions
- Assesses business risk and facilitates redline reviews with customers, including negotiations over requested legal language adjustments, additions, or removals
- Partners with Legal to conduct more expansive language reviews as required
- Ensures proper tracking of redline reviews occurs and versioning of contract review documents is archived and accessible

Qualifications
- 6 - 9 years related experience with BA or 4 - 7 years with MBA
