Support the ePMO by completing work assignments and deliverables, keeping to quality standards and prescribed timeframes.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks
- Assist with and track proposal / project activities and progress, which may include information gathering and preparing project documentation
- Maintain project documentation and update ePMO tools
- Facilitate meeting setup, take meeting minutes, and performing basic follow-up
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify and solution opportunities
- Provide support in monitoring projects, identifying risks and forming mitigation strategies.
Quals
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a Healthcare and / or Information Technology (IT) environment
Experience
2 years - Relevant work experience in a Healthcare and / or IT setting
