Job Summary : Talent Software Services is in search of a Field Action Specialist for a contract position in Arden Hill, MN. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary : Responsible for helping the field action team leads manage the field action process (i.e. recalls / removals, safety alerts, customer notifications, field corrections)
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities : Following up with customers on field action communications
Execute broad mailings for US-based actions
Good-faith effort follow-up via email / phone call
Issuing Returned Goods authorizations (RGAs) for field action product
Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other select technologies.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Qualifications : 0 - 2 years with BA
Communication skills
Attention to detail
Execute the tasks and follow up
Ability to work with minimal supervision
