Are you an experienced Hardware Project/Program Manager with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Hardware Project/Program Manager to work in Redmond, WA.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Drive technical projects from requirements through launch, including managing complex project schedules, removing roadblocks, and keeping processes running smoothly.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
- Create and operationalize processes to transform the effectiveness of the organization with respect to meeting business goals.
- Align key stakeholders and manage projects through milestones to completion on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate and present program plans and status with management.
- Monitor and measure engineering impact and performance results by tracking key performance indicator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6 years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- Experience with hardware, firmware & software (system & application stack) interfaces across all modules in a system.
- Experience managing the logistics and processes for a number of critical forums within the Hardware Systems and Infrastructure organization.
Preferred:
- 2 year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Knowledge of high-volume server design and manufacturing is desired.
- Knowledge about data centers & operation at scale.
Salary : $50 - $60
