Duties:
Contract Length: 13- Weeks
Location: 100% remote
Schedule:
- Provides and coordinates administrative support for the human resource teams day-to-day activities and workflow.
- Assists team with the roll out of implementation of programs and initiatives.
- Responds to inquiries related to policies and procedures.
- Provides "first line" representation for questions, problems, plan and policy interpretation.
- Generates custom query requests according to the needs of customers.
- Also runs daily quality control queries for data maintenance.
- Provides information to teammates on matters pertaining to their personal information.
- Assists Leaders with various projects, presentations, and reports for their respective areas.
- Work requires typing, filing, use of telephone and sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Stretching, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling are required a moderate amount of the time.
- May lift and carry up to 40 pounds on an intermittent basis.
- Some standing and walking is required.
- Must speak and understand English fluently.
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate and concentrate effectively.
- Good hearing is required for related communications.
- Good oral and \written communication skills, good customer relations, be organized and attentive to details required.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to take directions from more than one person and be able to prioritize work.
- Must be able to handle a high volume of paper flow, multiple tasks, be flexible and detail orientated.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
Contract Length: 13- Weeks
Location: 100% remote
Schedule:
- Day shift, 8 Hours.
- Remote Core business hours 9-2 PM.
- Can flex up to those 8 hours a day.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of related experience required.
- 2 years of human resources experience preferred.
- Strong computer knowledge has excellent communication and customer service skills with an emphasis in records administration required.
- Proficiency In Microsoft applications including Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
- Proficient in PeopleSoft or similar Human Resources Information System preferred.
