We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Construction HR team. The role involves processing and auditing new hire paperwork and personnel transactions from project sites. This includes, but is not limited to, I-9 forms, benefit forms, acknowledgements, applications, W-4 forms, and other internal documents. You will collaborate with recruiting teams to support construction operations at Black and Veatch.

- Perform data entry in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Process and audit personnel transactions for compliance, both manually and electronically.
- Load all paperwork electronically into employee files for records retention.
- Provide customer service to managers, administrative staff, and employees, as well as verbal verifications from outside sources.
- Support other HR functional areas as needed.
- Prepare reports, ensure consistency of processes, and support the interface with other HR systems.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws governing the employment process.
