Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
Prefer a bachelor's degree in an information technology-related discipline with 8 years of experience or a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Required Certifications:
Not required, but MS technical certifications will be factored into the selection process.
- Analyze the SCDMV Phoenix II and web service applications.
- Take the lead in analyzing and troubleshooting assigned system problems.
- Propose solutions.
- Code, test, promote, and interact with impacted users ensuring that the solution meets requirements.
- Provide daily and weekly status updates to the development manager.
- Microsoft .NET architecture and programming
- MS web service architecture and programming including WCF and MVC
- Business to business web service interface architecture
- Web user interface programming
- Windows workstation programming and programming against device driver APIs
- Visual Studio 2015
- Visual Studio 2019
- VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, WCF, Web API
- MS Internet Information Systems (IIS) architecture and support
- Web security
- Application programming against RDBMS (Oracle and SQL)
- Web service troubleshooting and production support experience
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with motor vehicle administration or similar government sector
