Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 5 years overall in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain significant previous experience with supply chain planning and operations.
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on feedback from others, meeting deadlines, and quality of work.
- Supply chain operations/planning experience (2-4 years).
- Experience contributing individually and driving for results in a complex setting (2-4 years).
- Experience with Power BI, SQL (2-4 years).

- Key link between our Capacity Planning Team and the Build Order & Fulfillment Team, responsible for the stabilization of supply-demand shaping.
- Utilizing data and analytics for supply matching to our capacity planning and customer demand requirements.
- Establishing and defining key metrics and performance indicators driving process improvements.
- High focus on demand-supply shaping activities to help drive the execution and delivery of finished goods to global data centers.
- Maintain company inventory, minimizing both overstock and out-of-stock occurrences.
- Analyze the supply and demand of products and forecast.
- Monitor inventory supply and design and implement tools for inventory management.
- Develop and drive internal and external key performance indicators and metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
- Achieve delivery performance targets as developed to support business needs, while consistently evaluating opportunities and supporting process updates to enhance supply chain performance.
- Manage and communicate trade-offs between our supplier and business needs for managing continuous improvements and process initiatives in parallel to day-to-day business operations.
- Current experience in IT/high-tech electronics or manufacturing/service supply chain.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - ability to manage competing priorities, set clear expectations, collaborate, identify objectives, develop, and deliver feedback in written, oral, and presentation formats for partner teams and senior executive management.
- Strong project management skills involving multiple global system integrators and internal partners.
- High comfort with handling multiple ongoing priorities and escalations.
- Strong customer-focus and attention to detail.
- Capable of performing complex data analysis to identify problems or opportunities to improve supply chain performance.
- Skilled in customer relationship building and cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
- Strong skills and knowledge in root cause analysis/problem solving and the ability to implement and drive corrective actions and efficiencies (ability to hold people accountable and drive closure).
- Ability to work well in ambiguous situations and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and changes.
- Support organization-wide projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility; leveraging others effectively to support internal business team goals.
- Minimal travel is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Ops/Industrial/Manufacturing engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in related fields.
- Minimum 4-7 years' supplier management experience in an electronics or high-volume supply chain and/or applicable manufacturing/hardware production environment.
- Minimum of 4 years program management and data analytics experience.
- Strong understanding in the use of MRP, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Access, and Power BI.
- 4 years' supplier management experience in an electronics or high-volume supply chain and/or applicable manufacturing/hardware production environment.
- MS/MBA preferred.
