Define and execute communication initiatives that are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute communication initiatives that consider both the goals of an individual initiative and divisional / corporate objectives.
- Ensure consistency in
- branding guidelines.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, serving as a liaison between key stakeholders and
- programs.
- Communicate proactively with management and all stakeholders.
- Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, other internal departments, etc.) to ensure that communication initiatives meet objectives.
- Define, track, and maintain budgets while ensuring cost-saving measures; understand implications on general business management.
- Evaluate program impact and reassess objectives and outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibilities.
- Create a professional development plan in partnership with a direct supervisor.
Quality Responsibilities
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Required Experience
2-3 years experience with a BA degree, is required.
