Certifications & Licenses:
- Seeking a precertification representative with excellent communication skills to verify hospital outpatient visit authorizations.
- The candidate must have a working knowledge of payer portals and have the ability to research patient insurance benefits accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills are required to support daily communications between physician offices and hospital sites.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 required.
