At least 3-5 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the chemical, rubber, or plastic industries
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, or currently pursuing certification
Knowledge and experience with LEAN, Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE), and ability to lead implementation of improvements
