Notes: Hybrid position - onsite every Wednesday in Melville, candidates must be local.
- Perform administration for the assigned program as required, such as maintaining the program's monitor and control artifacts (i.e. project plan, RAID, status report)
- Basic understanding of project life cycle within an IT environment
- Document meeting minutes
- Meeting coordination, facilitating internal communication, activity follow-up, and documentation management
- Keep the program up to date in the project management system (Target Process)
- Create, maintain and archive all project artifacts in project repository
- Provide administrative support including meeting arrangements, organization and materials distribution, planning, meeting minutes
- Provide follow-up on deliverables and group activities to meet established commitments
- Compile, analyze and create summaries, and support presentation development with the ability to take conceptual discussions, assess complex data and translate into tangible information
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and files to assist workstream management oversight and support documentation centralization efforts
- Provide organization and project administrative services in a remote setting, which includes regular interaction technology project teams and senior leadership
- Create, prepare, update and document work plans with the ability to see the big picture and report progress accordingly
