- Proven track record in successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive cross-functional teams towards project milestones and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset, able to identify project risks and proactively propose solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in managing marketing omni-channel implementations, including integrating various digital platforms for cohesive customer engagement is highly desirable.
- PMI certification is a plus.
