Summary

The junior PM/ business analyst will assist in understanding and documenting current state operations and roles and responsibilities and providing recommendations on an optimal target state that balances enterprise requirements and efficiency for the RFE project.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in interviews to gather insight into current state operations
• Analyze current state business operations against enterprise requirements and identify gaps or areas for improvement
• Develop executive level presentations with practical recommendations for closing gaps that balance enterprise requirements with business goals and outcomes
• Assist in the development of communication and changes plans

• Experience in process optimization and organizational design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business operations that span multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with varying levels of seniority
• Ability to work in a fast paced, client facing environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Proficient in tools such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Knowledge of MS Project
• Ability to write project documentation, meeting minutes, etc
  
  

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required
• Experience as a business analyst, management consultant or similar role
• 5-7 years experience required
• Previous category 3 and up banking experience preferred

• First Round - 30min Teams meeting with Senior Manager
• Second Round - 30min Teams meeting with Work Stream lead and Sr Team Member
• Third Round - 30min Teams meeting with HM
  
  

Interview format will consist of behavioral/situational and getting to know you type questions.
