What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Program Manager position at TALENT Software Services?
The individual retained by the O&M Contractor will have the authority and responsibility for quality management and quality system-related activities for all O&M Contractor Work, including the maintenance of, and compliance with, the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
- The role requires independence from staff and duties associated with the production of the O&M Contractor Work.
- The candidate must have undertaken training in the use and application of Quality Programs, including the application of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015.
- Possession of a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) certification is required.
- A background in safety is desirable as the role will include a 25% safety contingent.
