Position Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager for Memory Sourcing , specifically for AI / HPC. As part of the memory procurement team, you will be the go-to person for implementing standard procurement processes towards engaging suppliers / partners. This role will be pivotal in developing and driving sourcing strategies for memory products that meet the demands of our high-performance computing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of memory technologies, market dynamics, and strategic sourcing practices.

Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

• Strategy Development : Formulate and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for memory components tailored for HPC systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Supplier Management : Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure competitive pricing and favorable delivery schedules.
• Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay abreast of trends, technologies, and pricing in the memory sector, providing insights to inform sourcing decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, production, and product management teams to understand memory requirements and ensure timely sourcing of components.
• Cost Optimization : Proactively drive cost reduction and process improvement within the sourcing function, ensuring maximum value for the organization.
• Risk Management : Develop risk mitigation strategies related to supply chain disruptions, material shortages, and market volatility.
