This is a unique opportunity for a creative and charismatic individual to be part of the community management team for client Peer Community (GPC). GPC is a platform for the world's most influential network of business leaders to share Q&A posts, polls, and altogether interact with each other in an environment that prioritizes the discussion of key issues and critical business decisions. We are looking for a Community Manager / Moderator (Contractor), to work on several business initiatives and be empowered to lead problem solving leading to continuous improvement. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, content creation, engagement with clients and community members.
What you'll do :
- Successfully moderate activity within our platform
- Rigorously track user data and maintain CRM details
- Craft compelling messages and updates to our clients and members
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to the improvement or optimization of existing processes
- Work towards streamlining processes and building best practices around maintaining / enhancing quality.
