In this role, you will :
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business units to align on priorities and develop comprehensive communications strategies.
- Develop communication programs that incorporate a full spectrum of tools and tactics (from traditional letters to digital and social media content).
- Create communication through the eyes of the customer - developing holistic experiences and meaningful touch-points.
- Use data to measure success and continually optimize results (open rates, response rates, return mail, list health, etc.).
- Use communication to mitigate risks through crisis management, constituent engagement, and customer service.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies and plans that drive member engagement and profitable membership growth / retention in support of NPS goals.
- Develop holistic experiences and meaningful touchpoints that leverage a variety of tools (consumer engagement, content marketing, content syndication, and email marketing).
- Understand the strategic intent of our members and connect the personalized programs to experiences through member-facing marketing assets with landing environments that inspire desired member's actions and deliver on member's needs.
