Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to define program scope, milestones, and business outcomes
- Identify resource requirements and facilitate hiring
- Participate in program planning and execution to ensure alignment across multiple departments
- Develop critical path and business milestones in partnership with business representatives
- Manage executive stakeholder communications and ensure transparency and management of dependencies, issues, and risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of related experience, including 3 years of experience managing complex cross-departmental programs and teams of project managers
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic and/or transformation programs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
