UX Designer
Job Summary : Talent Software Services is in search of a UX Designer for a contract position in Irving, TX. The opportunity will be seven months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and solution requirements, and translate them into user-centric experiences for
- s 10,000 sales reps on Salesforce.com
- Create high-fidelity design artifacts (including wireframes, mockups and prototypes) that reflect thoughtful, scalable and intuitive solutions
- Champion the correct usage of the Salesforce Lightning Design System across product teams
- Collaboratively extend the design system with fellow designers and developers to thoughtfully introduce client-specific components and corresponding documentation
- Deliver comprehensive design specs and work closely with developers to establish ways of working that ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Participate in and facilitate design critiques, design thinking workshops and user testing sessions
- Integrate user feedback, enterprise processes and business requirements into ongoing user experience changes and functionality.
- Support multiple projects while actively prioritizing workflow based on ROI, and business value.
- Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements focusing on user-centric while driving value based on user experience.
