Job Description : Graphic / Web Designer
Work location : remote
Work schedule : Mon-Fri normal business hours
Contract only for about 6 weeks. Will be extended based on business needs.

Candidate must complete the Graphic Web Designer Assessment.
Summary : We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic / Web Designer to execute the visual direction of our web presence. This individual will be responsible for the majority of our creative web design work, playing a crucial role in shaping our online brand identity and user experience. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a passion for crafting visually compelling and user-friendly websites. This role requires a blend of creative vision and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities :
Web Design : o Execute the design and development of visually appealing and user-friendly website and pages, ensuring responsiveness across multiple devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).o Translate complex information into intuitive and engaging visual experiences, creating the creative assets for our web properties.o Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.o Present design rationale and champion creative solutions to stakeholders.o Develop and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all web properties.o Stay up-to-date on the latest web design trends and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements and innovations.o Contribute significantly to the overall web design strategy of the company.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of substantial projects.
Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge is sufficient; front-end development experience is a plus).
Ability to lead independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
