Job Summary
The Chief Operating Officer plays a pivotal role in leading the organization's global operations and supply chain functions. This includes managing merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, imports, logistics, warehouse and distribution, vendor relationships, and sales operations across all categories of the business to achieve short-term and long-term financial goals.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of strategies for global operations and supply chain functions across all categories of the business.
- Drive analytics and data utilization to guide Supply Chain, Purchasing, Merchandising, Pricing, and Sales Operations decision-making.
- Identify and develop business levers that resonate with clients and utilize data to drive customer satisfaction, incremental sales, margin, and overall growth across consumer touchpoints and channels.
- Assess consumer data to drive pricing strategy for clients and the company.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Supply Chain and Operations managers.
- Benchmark sales operations performance using collected NPS and internal reporting data.
- Ensure alignment with Sales and New Business Development for category buying overseas.
Requirements
- 10 years of senior-level experience in Supply Chain: Warehouse and Distribution, Logistics, Merchandising, Inventory Management, and Procurement as well as Operations management experience.
- Experience with effectively sourcing and managing far-east factories, including social compliance, quantity control, and testing protocols.
- High-growth operations or startup experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in fiscal management, data analytics, and key metrics.
- Understanding of all business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, in addition to Operations.
