Our client, the Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project is adding a Finance Director to their leadership team. FIRRP has experienced significant growth, and the services provided are needed now more than ever.
This position is available as they are transitioning financial operations internally from previously outsourcing this function. The role is an important part of the leadership team, reporting to the Executive Director and contributing to organization-wide strategy, and will be key in strengthening the financial vision of the organization. This person will be developing / implementing new systems and processes that support this growth and, ultimately, the organization’s ability to thrive and expand its mission.

What You Will Do – Responsibilities & Deliverables :
The Finance Director is responsible for the financial strategy and health of the organization, overseeing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing critical financial information to support informed financial decisions. Working closely with the Executive Director, the finance director is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and grant management. They will balance financial sustainability and FIRRP’s mission while driving financial best practices.

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
