As a dedicated rep, you will have a direct impact on the business by owning the customer value stream process.
- Call Center Coverage – Inbound Call Answer and Hot Transfer
- Inbound Call Ticket Creation – Accurate and Timely
- Sales Order Entry Process – Completed Accurately and Timely
- Customer Service Mailbox Assignment Queue Management
- Data Tracking of KPIs
- Order Status Communication
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Based in Grand Rapids, MI.
- Customer Service Experience is preferred.
- · Experience in durable products or B2B manufacturing environment preferred.
