Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up materials.
- Operate and maintain construction tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Load and unload building materials and distribute them to the appropriate locations.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, or project instructions from supervisors.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep the construction site clean and organized.
