Machine Operators

Talent Strategy is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift in the Muskegon, MI In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to ensure proper function.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major concerns.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
• Meet production goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions or blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
