Maintenance Technician A
Shift: 1st shift
Location: Caledonia, MI
Pay: $30-$39/hour based on experience
Job Duties:
• Troubleshooting equipment repair, maintenance record keeping and order repair parts.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plastic injection molding machines.
• Ensure adherence to ISO Quality & Environmental procedures, policies and work instructions.
• PMs, oiling and greasing of equipment.
• Assist Maintenance "B" personnel as Mentor
• Complete tasks and projects assigned by Supervisor and or Plant Manager.
Physical Demands:
The employee frequently is required to hear, talk, walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Reach with arms and hands. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience working directly on plastic injection molding machines.
• 3-5 years of experience working with PLC's and robots.
• 3-5 years of experience working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• High school diploma or equilavent
