Job Description

Job Title : Injection Maintenance Supervisor

Pay : $25.50 - $26.50

Shift : 3rd Shift : 6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM

Job Responsibilities

Ensure Quality at startup; set machine conditions for crystallization and injection processes.
Fill out Reports for machine maintenance.
Conduct line changes and product changeover (PCO)
Identifies Quality defects and corrects quality problems.
Troubleshoot issues.
Responsible for assuring that all necessary lubrication has been performed.
Inspect and listen to machines to locate causes of malfunctions.

Required Work Experience & Skills

Can set up and operate specific equipment such as : Dryer temperature / dryer air flow, Barrel, nozzle tip ampere air percentage.

Ability to measure T-dia, E-dia, and I-dia dimensions using a GO / NO Go Gauge, thread match lines, top cavity match lines, Thread flash, etc.

Understand Material Transfer Systems.

Experience in Electrical Maintenance, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
