Marketing Coordinator
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Shift: Day shift 8am-4:30pm M-F, one day remote from home
Pay: $24/hour
STRATEGY
- Ensures the company and department strategy is executed as planned to ensure the overall company goals and targets are met.
- Supports the department leader in the strategy update and budget planning.
EXECUTION
- Coordinates, creates, and publishes marketing content per the marketing plan.
- Maintains adequate inventory of physical marketing materials such as brochures, promotional materials and branded clothing.
- Suggest, sources and gets approval for marketing materials.
- Manages localized electronic marketing materials such as company presentations, email signatures, local website content and maintains organized repository.
BRANDING
- Ensures that brands are promoted and presented in the market consistent with the Rosler brand guidelines and to grow awareness of Rosler in the market.
- Monitors the use of brands in the market.
- Provides reports and suggest actions.
PROCESS
- The process expert understands the processes in depth, ensures the processes are documented and followed by all (FBA).
- Ensures the processes for the area of responsibility are efficient and effective, clearly documented and periodically reviewed and audited.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree - Has a bachelor's degree in business, sales or equivalent in related field.
- 1 - 3 years' experience - Minimum of 1-3 years' of previous experience working in related field.
- Working Knowledge of General Business Software - Working Knowledge of general office software, e.g. MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Working Knowledge of Specialty Business Software - Proven proficiency in specialty business software like Adobe Acrobat (editing and forms), MS Visio, MS Project, mind mapping software. Working knowledge of database applications (Access, SQL) and reporting software.
- Working Knowledge of Creative Software – Proven proficiency in specialty creative software like Adobe Creative suite (graphic editing, video editing, photo editing).
- Interpersonal Skills - Must have positive and effective interpersonal skills.
- Positive Professional Image - Ability to maintain a positive personal/professional image and customer service when dealing with internal and external parties.
- Communicate Effectively - Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
- Project Management Skills – Proven proficiency in project management, handling projects with up to 12 month planning horizon.
