Position: Territory Sales Manager
Locations: Lansing, MI
Pay: $70k-$80k base commission.
We are seeks qualified candidates for “Outside Sales Representative” for the Michigan territory. The Sales Representative’s challenge is to develop and grow the business through cold calls, appointments, and other networking development techniques. Compensation potential including salary and bonus is limited only by your ability.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience selling overhead cranes and service.
- Ability to sell to new accounts.
- Ability to work a CRM system.
- Highly Motivated, Fast Pace, Self-Starter.
- Strong Communication Ability (Written and Verbal).
- Good Customer Relationship and Negotiation Skills.
- Sales Finesse for Cold Calling & Account Retention.
- Maintenance of Database with Records of Calls Made and New Accounts.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Monitoring and tracking quotes.
- Social Media presence along with strong PC skills
