Position: Industrial painter
Shift: 2nd
Pay: 20-22/hr
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve parts from staging areas and prepare them for painting.
- Prep weldments for priming and finish coating.
- Apply various industrial surface coatings using spray guns.
- Read and interpret units of measure accurately.
- Maintain and clean spray guns and painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety and quality standards throughout the painting process.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of industrial painting experience using spray guns.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, including grinders and sanders.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during 2nd shift hours.
- Physically capable of performing tasks such as standing, kneeling, lifting, bending, and working with various materials for extended periods.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are critical for success in this role.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including occasional weekend shifts.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
