Qualifications
· Minimum of 5 years of prior Outside Sales experience in the roller industry. Not required but prefer Non-woven and/or Polyurethane roller knowledge.
· Minimum of 3 years of prior Technical Sales proficiency
· Must have New business development along with organic growth achievements
· Team selling talents.
· Strong negotiation skills
· Deadline and detail-oriented
· Strong technical/mechanical capacity
Responsibilities
· Working with Engineering and Inside Sales departments to support your territory.
· Hybrid balance of working from home, FKM USA office and some overnight travel in Midwest
· Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
· Sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
· Achieve mutually agreed upon sales performance goals.
· Set follow-up appointments to follow-up on new opportunities and make customers aware of
