Job Title: Turret Operator (temp position)
Pay: $17.00 - $ 18.00 / HR
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday (4AM - 2PM WHEN OVERTIME IS NEEDED)
Job Responsibilities
· Machine Setup and Operation: Setting up the turret punch press machine according to specifications, loading materials, and selecting the appropriate tooling for each job.
· Reading Blueprints and Specifications: Interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine material requirements and machine settings.
· Material Handling: Loading and unloading sheet metal materials onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and positioning for accurate punching.
· Quality Control: Monitoring the production process to ensure that the finished parts meet quality standards and specifications, and making adjustments as necessary
· Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Performing routine maintenance on the punch press machine, troubleshooting any operational issues, and ensuring the machine operates efficiently.
Required Work Experience & Skills
· Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Turret Operator
· Ability to Read and Understand Bar Mics
· Read and Understand Inventory Tags
· Run a Table Saw
