Talent Strategy is seeking reliable and hardworking Construction Cleaners to join our team! This role involves traveling to various job sites—primarily public schools—for post-construction clean-up and general site maintenance. Candidates must be willing to travel to Portage, Rockford, and locations in between. A travel stipend will be provided.
Position: Construction Clean-Up Crew Member
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-construction cleaning of schools and commercial sites
- Debris and material removal
- Waste management (sorting recyclables, separating trash)
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Assisting with general labor duties as assigned
- Ensuring safety compliance and following all site protocols
- Conducting site inspections for cleanliness and completion
