We are looking for an experienced Tier III Senior Systems Analyst to join our Infrastructure Design team. This critical role ensures the seamless integration and execution of technical initiatives within a dynamic environment. The position focuses on delivering high availability and quality craftsmanship across multiple infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and security. 

 

• Execute Tier III functions with a focus on design audits, solution planning, and 3rd-party support.
• Lead Tier III efforts to maintain compliance with established infrastructure processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving networks, servers, and databases.
• Proactively identify and address emerging technical challenges.
• Develop and improve standards for infrastructure quality and reliability.
• Communicate necessary hardware and software changes to management, following change management protocols.

• 7 years in a multi-faceted IT support role.
• 5 years supporting enterprise-level technical environments, with expertise in three or more of the following: virtualization, network storage, Cisco networking, security, telephony, SQL, or system administration.
• 2 years of IT management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships.

• Familiarity with SD-WAN, enterprise Wi-Fi, ITMs, and cloud solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 7 years of IT experience, OR 12 years of relevant experience.

• Broad IT knowledge with senior-level expertise in server, networking, storage, or security.
• Proficient with tools like One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Effective communicator with a results-driven mindset and customer focus.
• Strong vendor management and collaboration skills
