Talent Tap is partnering with a growing marketing agency in Lancaster, PA, to add an experienced, full-time Art Director for their team. In this position, you will create and collaborate on brand identity, website design, print and digital ads, brochures, newsletters, emails, and more. The ideal candidate is hardworking, takes initiative, has a solid understanding of print and digital, and has an exceptional portfolio. Proficiency with designing in WordPress is needed. This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with brand managers and other designers to create efficient, successful pieces for our clients
- Be curious about new technologies and continuous learning
- Strategically tell a cohesive story using design
- Develop out-of-the-box concepts
- Work with both print and digital
- Conduct creative research
- Prepare prepress files
- Create mockups
- Manage multiple projects and clients while adhering to project requirements and brand standards
- Use project management tools to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desired Skills and Experience
Hard Skills
- 5 years of agency experience and proficiency in production processes
- Degree in graphic design with a stellar online portfolio
- Excellent proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- WordPress - design experience working in this CMS is a must.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Ability to work solo but also in a collaborative setting
- Excellent time management, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
