We are seeking a proactive and organized Work From Home Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage client accounts, ensure satisfaction, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Manage client onboarding, explain service options, and provide necessary training and support.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Gather client feedback and work with teams to implement improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on client activities and outcomes.
