Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Provide onboarding assistance and training to clients on tools and systems.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify potential issues.
- Facilitate regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to ensure technical satisfaction.
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system for future reference.
