With national expansion underway, they are seeking a Studio Manager to lead one of their locations and drive membership growth, team development, and operational excellence.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and create an outstanding guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Membership Growth:
- Achieve studio membership and revenue goals by developing strategies to attract and retain members.
- Coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Track and analyze membership data to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with the marketing team to execute local initiatives and promotions.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Build and develop a high-performing, engaged team.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to staff.
- Lead by example with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Implement effective performance management practices.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure a clean, inviting, and safe studio environment.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance the member experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- College graduate preferred.
- 3 years of management experience.
- Sales experience preferred.
- 1 years of experience in health, wellness, fitness, or a related industry.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
