Position Summary
The Private Flight Attendant & Outstation Experience Manager serves in a dual role, providing premium in-flight service aboard a private corporate jet and coordinating global travel experiences for principals. This position requires expertise in private aviation protocols, exceptional service standards, and international travel planning. The ideal candidate will independently manage flight operations while also creating memorable travel experiences that meet the exacting standards of UHNW principals.
Key Responsibilities
Private Aviation Service
- Provide exceptional in-flight service during corporate and personal flights
- Independently manage cabin preparation, catering coordination, and in-flight operations
- Ensure aircraft is properly stocked with food, beverages, and amenities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Collaborate with pilots and ground staff to ensure seamless travel experiences
Global Experience Management
- Plan and coordinate high-end travel experiences at international destinations
- Research and arrange exclusive accommodations, activities, and dining options
- Create detailed itineraries for principals and guests
- Establish relationships with luxury service providers worldwide
- Address special requests and solve logistical challenges while traveling
Logistics Coordination
- Manage travel documentation and requirements for international destinations
- Coordinate ground transportation and airport transfers
- Oversee luggage handling and shipping of personal items
- Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and preferences
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve potential travel disruptions
Client Relations
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding principals and their guests
- Adapt service style to accommodate individual preferences and needs
- Communicate effectively with principals, family members, and their staff
- Represent the principals' interests when coordinating with external service providers
- Ensure consistent service excellence across all travel experiences
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in corporate or private aviation as a flight attendant
- Demonstrated experience working independently on flights
- Background in luxury travel planning or coordination
- Experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals
Skills & Knowledge:
- Current FAA certification (Part 91/135 operations preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international travel requirements and protocols
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and travel management tools
- Experience with Canva or similar design applications
- Cultural awareness and international etiquette knowledge
- Food safety and wine service expertise

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000 annually
