THE WORK AHEAD

As the Operations Lead, you will work closely with the CEO to enhance operational efficiency, drive strategic initiatives, manage diverse projects, and contribute to product management efforts across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is eager to take on diverse responsibilities.

You will :

Collaborate with the CEO to streamline day-to-day operations and optimize workflows.
Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Own project management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Engage with users, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Oversee product development processes to ensure alignment with operational goals.
Coordinate with the engineering team to manage product roadmaps and timelines.

ABOUT YOU

You might just be the person we're looking for if you :

Prior experience working in an early-stage startup environment, ideally within a consumer-facing tech company.

Have 3 years of relevant experience in operations, product, consulting, project management, or similar roles.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in utilizing a comprehensive array of tech tools commonly found in startup environments, such as Slack, G Suite, video conferencing tools such as Zoom, project management systems like Trello and Asana, as well as versatile data organization platforms like Airtable, among others.

Passion for startups and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Based in the Bay Area and eager to collaborate in person 3-4 days a week at the Palo Alto headquarters

The range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 with generous equity
