In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, fostering a love of literature and language while promoting literacy and critical thinking skills.
Core Responsibilities in Middle School ELA Instruction
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state English Language Arts standards and promote critical thinking, communication, and creativity.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and maintain a stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Incorporate technology and innovative instructional resources to enhance learning and keep students engaged.
