- Develop and execute marketing and pricing strategies to boost product awareness and market position.
- Deliver innovative technical solutions that cater to customer requirements while embracing cutting-edge technologies.
- Swiftly address and resolve technical issues, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Stay informed about our products, adapting them to effectively meet user demands.
- Organize and lead technical training sessions for clients and internal teams when needed.
- Efficiently manage all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, following 5S principles.
- Uphold all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines and procedures.
- Contribute to various tasks that support our organizational goals.
- Understand and participate in budgeting, strategic planning, and process enhancement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of industry concepts and principles.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex tasks, typically within established guidelines.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, including personnel decision-making authority.
- An MBA or similar advanced degree is highly desirable, especially with commercial experience in a technical setting.
- Experience in the electrical transmission or distribution utility sector is a significant advantage.
