- Strategic Leadership & Development:

- Strengthen key supplier partnerships to guarantee material quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
- Inventory Oversight:
- Manage stock levels across all facilities, maintaining a balanced inventory to prevent shortages and surplus.
- Implement advanced forecasting and replenishment techniques to optimize inventory turnover.
- Ensure robust inventory practices to safeguard working capital and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Logistics & Transportation:
- Lead logistics and transport teams to enhance delivery efficiency, cut costs, and accelerate lead times.
- Oversee collaborations with third-party logistics providers to ensure dependable shipping solutions.
- Steer private fleet management for optimal distribution across various regions.
- Procurement & Sourcing:

- Track and evaluate supply chain performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Risk & Compliance Management:

- Continuous Enhancement:

- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.

- Experience:
- At least a decade of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of five years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in manufacturing and distribution sectors is highly advantageous.
- Solid expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory control, and demand planning.
- Proven track record in nurturing supplier relationships and forging strategic alliances.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional groups.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, including ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Superior organizational and project management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Occasional visits to distribution centers and warehouses may be required, involving walking, standing, and handling light objects.
