Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical assistance and maintenance services for our advanced metal forming equipment.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of both new and refurbished machinery at customer sites.
- Conduct thorough inspections of our equipment and provide comprehensive reports detailing any necessary repairs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, offering both written and verbal reports in a professional manner.
- Advocate for our service parts and preventive maintenance agreements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, primarily during the day, with occasional support needed outside regular hours.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes for machinery.
- Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, up to 90% of the time.
